Business Advisory & Compliance Consulting in Nepal

One Point of Contact for the Decisions That Actually Matter

Most compliance problems in Nepal are avoidable — they happen because a business made a structural or financial decision without checking the tax, legal, or regulatory angle first. CompanySathi's advisory service puts you in direct contact with CA-led professionals for business structuring, NGO/INGO registration, annual compliance management, and financial planning, before decisions become expensive to unwind.

This is the service to use when you're not sure which of our other services you need — we assess the situation first, then bring in the right specialist.

What You Get

NGO/INGO Registration

Registration and compliance support for non-profit and non-governmental organizations operating in Nepal.

Annual Compliance Management

AGM filings, statutory returns, and Companies Act compliance tracked so nothing lapses silently.

Common Questions

How is an NGO different from a company for registration purposes?+

An NGO in Nepal is registered under the Association Registration Act (and often affiliated with the Social Welfare Council), which is a different process and regulator from company registration under the Companies Act.

What annual compliance does a Nepali company need to maintain?+

At minimum, this includes annual AGM, statutory audit, annual return filing with the Office of the Company Registrar, and ongoing tax filings — lapses in any of these can lead to penalties or company deregistration.

Do you help with business structuring for foreign investors?+

Yes, we advise on the right entity structure, DOI approval process, and compliance obligations for foreign or joint-venture investment into Nepal.

I'm not sure which service I need — where do I start?+

Start with a consultation. We assess your situation first and either handle it directly or route you to the right specific service (registration, tax, audit, etc.).
